Kevin P. Munson, P.E.
Kevin P. Munson, P.E., has over 25 years of building/structural engineering experience, designing thousands of
large custom homes, multi-family, and small commercial projects, as well as performing numerous field and
forensic inspections. Mr. Munson also has a strong engineered wood background and experience in land
development. Mr. Munson is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia and is familiar with current
code construction requirements and permitting processes in these states.

Seth J. Wheeler, P.E.
Seth J. Wheeler, P.E., has over 29 years of residential design experience and has been responsible for the successful design of thousands of projects in the Greater Charlotte Area. Those projects comprise all aspects of residential design, including custom homes, production homes, additions/renovations, and job site inspection services. Having a Masters in Material Sciences and Engineering, Mr. Wheeler became an industry leader in the field of Engineered Wood Products (EWP) and brings a unique perspective to full-structure design.

Cory C. Munson, P.E., has over 18 years engineering experience with a heavy focus on residential construction in high wind, high seismic, and flood prone areas. Mr. Munson has provided engineering services for thousands of residential projects ranging from large custom homes in coastal and mountain regions, deep foundations, renovation projects, and field inspections and forensic services. Mr. Munson is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina and is familiar with current code construction requirements and permitting processes in both states.

Prior to joining Residential Structures, P.C., Mr. Quinn spent 18 years working in the design of structural wood components for a large truss manufacturing facility serving the greater Charlotte area. With his experience in thousands of residential and commercial projects, Mr. Quinn has acquired a vast knowledge in this highly specialized field of construction.
